Can I request special tasks or add on exrtras?
During your onboarding, you can choose extras or add-ons for a more personalized service, which will increase the price and time required. Just ask what you want and your operations manager does the rest.
Can I trust my cleaning professional?
All our cleaners undergo thorough vetting and background checks before hiring to ensure your safety and security. They are experienced, trained in proper service protocols, and regularly reviewed for quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
What services are NOT offered?
While we strive to offer a wide range of services, there are certain tasks we cannot perform due to safety or logistical reasons like:
Areas or items higher than 12 feet, bodily fluids, chemical waste, excessive mold, fire or smoke damage, and other bio-hazards, exterior windows, clutter, toys, books, or documents, and under heavy objects or furniture that require lifting or moving
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary tools to complete the job. If you prefer us to use your own cleaning supplies, such as a vacuum or mop, please mention it to your desigated operations manager.
